An interview with Mayank Attrish

My transformation boosted my confidence level. I helped my friends too in transforming their physique. At the age of 21, I gained descent knowledge about diet and exercise. This transformation paved path for me to make career in fitness in later stages of life after completing my master’s degree. I founded fitness café in 2010 with motto of giving free personalized coaching to each of my member and fitness café became quite popular

I didn’t know what to eat and what not. I used to exhaust myself with too much of workout. I didn’t know much about variations of exercises so I started gaining knowledge by studying and implementing on myself. In the course of journey, I got few injuries too, that halted my progress. But at last I got fair idea how to transform physique with good diet and workout and how to maintain it with years to come and kept my motivation alive.

As I used to be very thin, and also my metabolism was very high. I was also actively involved in cricket and football so I used to burn lots of calories. I used to invest 1 hour daily for my gym workout and then I started avoiding junk foods and always preferred home cooked food. To be honest, its very easy to make healthy food items at home. This routine helped me in getting faster results.

“Today is my tomorrow”, because tomorrow never comes, so just don’t procrastinate. Just get started now form the very first moment. Look out for my blog where I update about diet and workout.

Its not that difficult. Its all about making habit and few lifestyle changes. We all have 24 hours and it all depends on time management. Its out duty to take care of our health. Health is true wealth. Start today. Don’t think much.

To look good and be in best shape. Fitness became integral part of my life. I felt incomplete without fitness. Everyone appreciates me when they look at me after years as I maintained my body since long. Appreciation , looking good keeps me going. Rest my body and knowledge inspires so many to achieve their goals.
